Apple is set to expand its retail footprint in India with the opening of its third official store in Bengaluru at Phoenix Marketcity Mall, Whitefield. This follows the successful launches of Apple BKC in Mumbai and Apple Saket in New Delhi in 2023.

Phoenix Marketcity, located in Mahadevapura, is one of Bengaluru’s premier shopping destinations, spanning over 1 million square feet and housing more than 296 stores. The mall’s strategic location and high footfall make it an ideal spot for Apple’s latest retail venture.

This expansion is part of Apple’s broader strategy to strengthen its presence in the Indian market. In addition to Bengaluru, Apple has announced plans to open new stores in Pune, Delhi-NCR, and Mumbai. The company is also ramping up local manufacturing, producing the entire iPhone 16 lineup, including the Pro and Pro Max models, within India.

To support this growth, Apple is actively recruiting, with plans to hire approximately 400 employees across its upcoming stores. This move underscores Apple’s commitment to providing a premium retail experience and catering to the evolving needs of Indian consumers.

The new Apple Store in Phoenix Marketcity is anticipated to offer the full range of Apple products and services, including personalized support and “Today at Apple” sessions, enhancing customer engagement and brand loyalty in the region.
