Reports have emerged suggesting that acclaimed actor Jr NTR, known for his role in the Oscar-winning film RRR, is set to headline the upcoming biographical epic Made In India. This film is inspired by the life and contributions of Dadasaheb Phalke, widely regarded as the ‘Father of Indian Cinema’ .
Made In India was first announced in September 2023 by renowned filmmaker SS Rajamouli. While Rajamouli is presenting the film, it is being directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Nitin Kakkar, known for works like Filmistaan and Jawaani Jaaneman . The production is a collaboration between Varun Gupta and SS Karthikeya, Rajamouli’s son, marking Karthikeya’s debut as a film producer .
